Hi there, I'm Samantha Living with stress, depression and/or anxiety can be exhausting. Being able to learn different strategies and techniques to manage symptoms can change and improve your life. I am a clinical licensed social worker that specializes in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life stressors and relationships. One of my approaches to therapy is to help provide support, guidance and useful feedback that can help you effectively address life changes.
