Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health counselor in the state of New York with over 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem and confidence, career difficulties, & depression. I believe you are the expert of your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Sometimes we need a little help tapping into those strengths from an outside perspective trained to guide us through obstacles. I use a variety of treatment modalities depending on the type of issues you are currently looking to work on. One size does not fit all in the therapy world!
