Hello! I am happy that you are here and looking to find some relief from whatever you may be experiencing. Before we get started, I would like to provide you with some information about me, so that you can decide if we are a good fit. I received my Masters in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College, and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I have experience in helping clients, ages 13 and up, who are experiencing symptoms of stress and anxiety, depression, struggling with addictions, self esteem issues, and life changes that may be causing some discomfort. I believe that everyone is capable of creating a life that is fulfilling and that each of us hold the skills in order to do so.. sometimes we just need some assistance in that! Taking the first step to seeking a happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process and so happy to do so.
