My name is Samantha McMullen LMFT. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I have worked in the mental health field for 7 years ranging from experience working with substance abuse, families involved with children services, youth in group homes, group therapy for child abuse, anger management, child sexual abuse, marital conflict, and have spent the past 4 years working in Crisis Services with people who are suicidal, homicidal and gravely disabled. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction ect. as well as all ages, genders, sexualities, races, economic status ect. I focus my therapy through a person centered and humanistic approach, meaning that you, my client are the expert in their own life and I am along for the ride to help assist and guide you through your personal knowledge and work through interpersonal growth, change and healing. My end goal is to help people work toward getting their lives to a fulfilling place with the fullest potential.
