I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor -With Supervisory Designation in the state of Ohio. Over the past 20 years, I have worked in a clinical setting as an mental health assessor, supervisor, school based therapist, consultant, prevention specialist, case manager, presenter, trainer, teacher, author, and advisor.

In a clinical counseling capacity, this has allowed me to experience the delicate blending of applying evidenced based treatment models to real world applications. These experiences have given me insight in dealing with people, right where they are. I’ve learned the benefits of several clinical counseling approaches including TF-CBT, Psychological First Aid, and Motivational Interviewing.

I offer limited evening sessions after 4:30pm EST as well as weekend hours Saturday afternoon. These spots are in high demand and fill up fast.
