I'm a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, and woman of faith with over a decade of experience in helping women overcome a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, intimacy/sex addictions, betrayal trauma, family conflict, special needs families and major life transitions such as the journey of "motherhood." My mission is to empower you on your path of restoration, growth, healing, and transformation, all while helping you stay grounded, focused, and driven.
