My name is Sam and I am an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) in New Mexico with 4 years of counseling experience. I provide individual sessions to support adults (18+) experiencing depression, grief/loss, stress and anxiety, life changes/adjustment (loss, job change, divorce, moving, graduation), boundary/communication issues in relationships & self-esteem issues.

My therapy style is warm and goal-oriented. You will have access to a non-judgmental, safe space where you are treated with respect, compassion & kindness. My therapy approach is primarily solution-focused, meaning we use your unique strengths & resources to help us reach your desired therapy goals. Other approaches that may be integrated include strengths-based, cognitive-behavioral, and reality therapy, always tailoring our sessions and treatment plan to your specific needs and goals.

Together, we will strive for quick but meaningful progress so you can get back to your life with newfound skills, tools, and hope that you can manage what life puts in your path.
