I am a New York State licensed Clinical Social Worker who is committed to providing my clients with the tools necessary to improve moods, manage emotions and gain/regain control.

I can assist with a variety of emotional and psychological concerns; such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief /loss and family conflict. I use a multitude of evidenced based practice interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a strengths based perspective that focuses on your internal strengths and resourcefulness. Together, we can learn the tools and skills necessary in changing your perspective into one that is more positive and allows your best qualities to shine through.
