Hello! My name is Samantha Espinoza. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I specialize in several different forms of Cognitive Behavior Therapy which will help you learn coping skills to help with anger, anxiety and depression. I utilize Talk Therapy to help support my clients in their daily life. I teach communication skills to help with relationships. I have training in Trauma Informed Care using helping skills such as Cognitive Processing Theory to walk with you to manage trauma.
