Welcome!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas and Montana. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, from the University of New England in 2014, yet have been working within the behavioral health field since 2008. I've been a practicing therapist in hospitals, inpatient and outpatient clinics, military mental health clinics, residential treatment, and private practice in the community. I have extensive experience working with those who are coping with depression, anxiety, grief/loss and trauma. Relationship problems, LGBTQ issues, sex therapy, personality disorders, eating disorders and addictive behaviors are also a specialty of mine. I have experience working with individuals, to include geriatric, adults and adolescents, couples, groups and the military/veteran population.

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Interpersonal approaches in the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders. I am client-centered, which allows my clients to take a more active role in our sessions; I am here to support and help guide you along this journey. The most important aspect of therapy is the connection and comfort you feel with the person you are entrusting with your personal struggles. I truly believe we can all grow through our personal experiences by increasing our self-awareness and explore counseling. I carry a non-judgmental, open-mind when someone shares their story with me. With that being said, it would be my privilege to work with you through Hope, Healing and Recovery.

In terms of availability, I check and respond to messages at least twice daily, seven days a week. I offer live chat and phone sessions weekly to include evenings and weekends.
