I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have over 25 years in the helping professions. I received my Master's of Science Degree in Education in School Counseling from the State University of New York College at Brockport in School Counseling, and my Certificate of Advanced Study in Mental Health Counseling at the State University of New York College at Brockport. I hold my Certified Clinical Trauma Professional- Level 1 and have done additional trainings in Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution-Focus Therapy, and in Child Centered Play Therapy. I am always learning and doing what I can to be the best counselor that I can be.
