Samantha Colon (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate. She earned her B.A. in Sociology at the University of Connecticut and received a Master of Art in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Saint Joseph. She works with teens, adults, families, and couples facing many different types of struggles. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, divorce, grief and loss, trauma, and relational conflict. She is passionate about helping teens and young adults develop their sense of identity as they navigate life transitions. She is particularly interested in working with couples and families to break down barriers to communication and rediscover the joy of connection. She primarily utilizes solution-focused, DBT, and narrative approaches to help clients uncover their strengths and realize that they have the ability to write their own life story in a way that helps them achieve their therapeutic goals.
