My name is Samantha Campagna. I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from Mt. Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Barry University in Miami, Fl. I've worked in mental health since 2016 with identifying individuals who benefit from community services and I've worked with children involved in child welfare. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, client-centered, and motivational interviewing. I also practice natural family systems as a family therapy approach. I have experience working with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, depressed mood, challenging irrational beliefs, anxiety, history of trauma, and identity development.
