I am licensed in California with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, life changes, family conflicts, misophonia & parenting issues.
I’m different from many therapists because I believe you probably want more than just a listening ear. You’re likely coming into therapy because you want something to change….how you think, feel or behave about one or more issues in your life. Together we will work towards the change you crave. I offer tools and feedback specific to your needs so that you leave sessions with things you can implement right away.
