Hello, and welcome to my bio. Many therapists treat or manage symptoms - worry, sadness, anger, etc. - an approach that works for many people, but in a way that often provides temporary relief. As a holistic therapist, I focus more on the underlying factors - the things that motivate or influence the symptoms that people experience. I work with people who want to explore why they do the things they do and want to be more intentional and thoughtful in their decision-making, behavior, and relationships.
