I am licensed in the state of Oklahoma with over 15 years of professional work experience. I have lived and/or worked in different parts of the country and traveled outside of it as well. I have experience helping clients from a variety of backgrounds, cultures and ages and believe that our human spirits have more in common with each other than our differences may suggest. I have experience working with a variety of issues including but not limited to: stress and anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, family conflict, & parenting issues. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming life's challenges.
