We all travel through life's journey experiencing highs and lows, trials and tribulations. My hope is to connect with you to offer support through these challenging and transformative opportunities. My goal is to help you gain and grow an understanding of your own strengths and resilience so that you may carry it with you throughout your life's journey.
I specialize in working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma; who are feeling stuck and want freedom from old or unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and doing; or who have difficulty coping with grief and loss, social situations, or major life transitions.
I obtained my Bachelor's degree from Western Washington University in 2005 and my Master's Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University in 2010. I worked part-time for six years working with children, families and young mothers through pregnancy and new parenthood, as I raised my own three children full time. I became licensed with my LICSW in 2018 and began working directly in mental health therapy at that time.
