Sally Crompton is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University and has a M. Ed. in Counselor Education. She specializes in providing brief treatment to adults.
Sally’s therapeutic approach focuses on skill-building using a strength-based perspective. Her experience and training provides a wealth if knowledge and compassion. She received intensive CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) training at The Cleveland Center for Cognitive Therapy. She completed Primary and Advanced REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) in New York City with Albert Ellis at the Albert Ellis Institute. She studied Motivational Interviewing with William Miller at the University of New Mexico.
She identifies with the person as a whole. This includes physical, mental and spiritual aspects. Areas of specialized training includes life coaching, addictions, ADD and mindfulness. She is a Certified Daring Way-Facilitator using the work of Brene Brown.
