Hi, I am so glad for you to be considering a therapist. Therapy and working with people like you are my passion and calling. I enjoy working with people and helping them sort out their stuff. These days people call it “unpacking” but it can be honestly described in so many ways. My goal is to listen, try to get clarity on what the root of your troubles are and create a plan with you. We work together. We help you get better together. Transitions are hard periods of time. Together, we can create a realistic plan and get through it. The only way is through but that does not mean it has to be alone.
