The most important as aspect of treatment is understanding the individual and symptoms as part of the mandala of life, family, career, health and spiritual well being. I utilize mindfulness in learning symptom management, rely on the body and health and well being as the guiding principal in treatment. I strongly believe in a partnership with my clients, I bring in treatment on knowledge and my clients bring in his/her life experiences and together we can rebuild a healthy foundation. I am a Buddhist Nun and therefore I bring in a strong flavor of spiritual, body, mind connection into the therapeutic process.
