In practice for over 10 yrs, I am experienced in providing individual and group treatment and rehabilitation from a trauma-informed approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques. I am triple licensed to treat the sex abuse population as well as addictions and mental illness. I am a believer that all human beings have the capacity to change, thus, creating a therapeutic approach that is based in mutual respect with a warm and welcoming demeanor. I specialize in working collaboratively with my clients to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, family issues, work issues, and a host of other difficulties.
