Utilizing a collaborative approach, I’m passionate about helping Individuals develop and embrace a strong sense of autonomy. I firmly believe that only you can give yourself permission to live the life you desire. I work in a transformational manner to restructure negative thoughts and behaviors in effort to increase confidence, self-awareness, and control over one's own life. Throughout the therapeutic process, I maintain that the client is the expert of themselves. I promote open dialogue and demonstrate unconditional positive regards towards all. ​
I employ a variety of theoretical approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, family systems, solution focused and an underlying strengths perspective with each intervention offered. I hold a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health, Doctorate in Professional Counseling, and am licensed as well as an LPC-S.
With over 13 percent years of experience, I’m well-equipped to handle concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relational issues, adolescent struggles, self image concerns, adjustment struggles, and a plethora of other issues.
