I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have over eight years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I've worked in community mental health, crisis, residential rehab, corrections, and private practice. While working in different venues, I have listened to clients express various concerns ranging from seeking wellness advice to the treatment of emotional pain, overcoming negative thinking patterns, harmful self-talk, and unhealthy life choices, which led me to use an integrative approach for treatment.
