I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who practices a supportive and holistic approach to counseling with specialties in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion and understanding; I seek to cultivate a safe therapeutic environment to allow flexibility in exploring individual needs.
