Dr. Sabine Volkmann is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Sabine has experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, substance abuse issues, trauma and PTSD. The treatment modalities that she employs include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution focused therapy and reality therapy.

As a therapist, Sabine utilized techniques and skills from each of these modalities to assist clients in their counseling journey and understands that there is no "one-size fits all." Sabine's professional experience includes hospitals, substance abuse treatment centers, private practice and tele-therapy.
