I have been a Therapist for almost 20 years. I went back to school when I was 26 to be a counselor. I have a strong passion to help people find out why they do things, how they can change their life, and find their own passion. I mainly use cognitive behavioral therapy, and focus on you as an individual full of possibilities. I am a very positive person and love hearing about, and talking with, people.
