I gained my clinical training and experience working in various settings working with adults, adolescents, children, and their families struggling with mental illness. I currently work with adults dealing with a variety of issues. I take a non-judgmental approach and believe that everyone has their own story to tell that makes them unique. I am a big believer in connecting with your therapist so that essential work can be done in therapy.
