I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in many settings such as inpatient mental health, substance use disorder inpatient/outpatient, group practice, and private practice. I believe mental health needs a holistic approach, due to the fact that symptoms are a result of our body and mind begging us to take care of our body, mind and spirit. What is your approach to therapy? I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, panic attacks, nervousness, chronic illness, depression, addiction, and insomnia. Many of these conditions are a result of stress overload on our nervous system.  Therapy is the process of addressing the root causes of stress, regulating the nervous system, and achieving peace and balance once again What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Our time together will be a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share and process what you have been through and how it is affecting your life today. It will feel like a therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and change at your pace.
