Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I use different modalities depending on your needs. Some of the techniques I utilize are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. I want to help you through whatever challenges you are facing by helping you strengthen your coping skills, insight, and self-confidence. I have experience working with issues such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, gender and sexual identity, adolescence, divorce, trauma, and PTSD, among others.
