The first thing I want you to know about me is that I truly love my job and my life. I have a blended family as well as two dogs and a cat. I love to spend time near water and play golf in my bare feet. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 14 years and enjoy working with individuals, couples, families and groups. I would describe myself as an intuitive therapist and spiritual coach. I specialize in self-love and acceptance in effort to address depression, anxiety, personal relationships. I believe we are energetic/spiritual beings by nature and so waking up our sleeping spirit within and building familiarity with it acts like a personal, unique, and wise guide through life. This process opens our eyes to the role in the symphony of life we are playing and how essential it is to the wellness of all.
