I provide a warm, positive, and growth oriented environment for you to comfortably talk about whatever is challenging in your life. We will uncover the emotional and psychological patterns that are at the root of your concerns. Many of the causes of mental and emotional difficulties are the way we process thoughts, experiences, and emotions.

My clinical work uses evidence-based practices, positive psychology, communication skills building, relaxation training, and an exploration of emotions and relationship patterns that address the bio-psycho-social aspects of well-being.My experience and background in clinical psychology and social work includes psychiatric hospitals, emergency rooms, community mental health, college instruction, and private practice.
