Thinking, “I don’t know how much more of this I can take!” Perhaps you may feel hopeless from symptoms of depression; over-the-edge and worried from symptoms of anxiety; inattentive, fidgety, or hyper-focused from symptoms of ADHD; quick-to-click from anger; a salad bowl of feelings from grief; substance use that led to a relationship or legal troubles; sorting through 50+ reasons as to why you should stay or leave an abusive relationship; or a person, place or situation has triggered a trauma memory. I get it. I understand that either of these experiences listed is a lot to manage while trying to work, relate to your spouse or partner, parent, or care for ailing parents, and the tasks can go on and on.
