Hello! I'm pleased that you are reading my profile. I believe that anyone can get better if they are motivated. I have 25 + years in the clinical field. I treat a wide variety of ages and clinical issues. I treat trauma, social anxiety for teens and young adults, substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, and transitioning issues of college students and retirees. I have a passion for EMDR and have learned that conducting it is just a effective virtually as in person. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative therapy, and mindfulness. I have a warm and interactive style. I look forward to meeting you.
