I am an EMDR trained therapist specializing in clients 18+ who are struggling with the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem and relationship issues. In addition to EMDR, I also use CBT and DBT. Treatment is specifically created around your unique circumstance. I've worked both in inpatient and outpatient settings, which has given me the experience to work with many personalities and types of mental health situations. Everyone is a unique individual and deserves respect and happiness. Therefore, my style is warm, interactive, non-judgmental and supportive.
