I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Service and Social Administration and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. What is your approach to therapy? I have training in cognitive processing therapy for PTSD, cognitive behavioral therapy and I have been certified as an anger management specialist through the National Anger Management Association to offer anger management classes for individuals who are court mandated. I utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing, and resilience. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? If you are experiencing any symptoms relating to depression, anxiety, trauma; I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
