I am trauma certified and licensed in Pennsylvania with experience in working with clients experiencing adversities and those with a history of PTSD and complex trauma. I value and build on a positive rapport with my clients. My approach is empowering and collaborative , guiding rather than directive. I utilize motivational interviewing, somatic, mindfulness, solutions focused and trauma focused modalities to explore and build on your resources./strengths.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that all of us have resources and strengths within us to find resilience in adverse and stressful life experiences .
