I am licensed in New York as a Mental Health Counselor with 5 years of professional work experience. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Psychology. I have had the pleasure of serving various populations to include first responders, military personnel, incarcerated individuals, expecting mothers, college students, trauma survivors, among others. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, & career difficulties.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I take a person-centered approach and apply evidence-based practices in every session. My therapeutic approach can include a combination of psychodynamic, humanistic, and behavioral with a heavy focus specifically in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
