Hi there! I can say from my own experiences that life isn’t always easy, fun or fair. In fact, as the years go by we are often faced with more difficult challenges. Factor in general adulting and whew! Sometimes, even the strongest amongst us needs a little bit of support working through life’s challenging obstacles. I started Epiphany Counseling so that I might engage and empower others by meeting them where they are in life. For the past 12 years, I have had the opportunity to help individuals work through and overcome challenges with: anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, career burnout, stress management, and relationship issues. I have been blessed to be apart of several different fields but found the most fulfillment in private practice. Helping others is my passion and purpose. I could not be more thankful to do this work.
