Greetings! My name is Rozalyn Engle and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) I graduated from Webster University with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Mental Health. I have over 15 years of experience in the human services field. I have worked with victims of partner abuse, sexual assault, mental health diagnosis, and substance abuse disorders. Thoughts, feelings, and beliefs guide us and if one needs to change their life, they must first change the thoughts. I embrace the humanistic person- centered approach to counseling which includes: Empathic understanding: the counselor trying to understand the client's point of view. Congruence: the counselor being a genuine person. Unconditional positive regard: the counselor being non-judgmental.
