After 35 years of experience working with adolescents, adults and couples, I am extremely aware of the importance of advanced training and experience in delivering effective and compassionate psychotherapy.

The psychological and emotional struggles of human beings require understanding of the complexities of human emotions and behaviors, as well as effective training in evidenced-based therapies that are known to be effective in properly addressing human coping and reducing suffering .
