Hello, I am so glad you are here! It is my belief that therapy provides a unique, collaborative atmosphere for clients to create positive change in their lives. In 2014 I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and am a licensed mental health and substance use counselor. In my career I have worked as an in-home mental health skills provider and as a counselor and manager in outpatient and residential settings. I have been fortunate to support adults and adolescents during a variety of challenges related to substance use and mental health through individual, group, family, and couples counseling. Seeing a client manifest the changes they want to see in their lives is truly inspirational.

In therapy I combine solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered therapy to help clients develop practical skills to address immediate concerns as well as providing the opportunity to explore the deeper, underlying issues that affect our day-to-day lives.
