I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with 17 years of professional work experience. I graduated from Cal Poly Humboldt in 2006 with a Master's in Social Work. My therapeutic approach is straightforward and collaborative, focusing on practical solutions and strategies to help people overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

I have worked with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, parenting problems, and career challenges. I enjoy helping people explore their strengths, identify goals, and develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving personal growth.
