I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Illinois with close to 20 years experience in the field. Over the years I have worked with people living with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and various other mood disorders. I have worked with individuals, couples and groups with the goal of providing empathy, cohesion, support and validation. My style and theoretical perspective is determined after I am able to form a therapeutic relationship with my clients. I do not subscribe to a one style fits all modality. However, I do believe that the basis of any trusting relationship is an interpersonal connection that will allow for comfort and healing.

My goal for everyone, is to provide a safe place for people to have their personal time and allow open discussions to achieve personal goals. I consider myself an easy going guy who is easy to relate to. If you are willing to work with me, I will give you everything I can to help support you.
