I am a Clinical Social Worker Licensed in New Mexico. I have experience in working with young adults and families in various settings to include: corrections, adoption, disability advocacy, trauma and parenting. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and parenting. My counseling style is based in Motivational Interviewing. I believe in unconditional positive regard and that the core of social work is to help my clients achieve their goals using various techniques such as narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness.
