I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia who offers effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I have experience treating a number of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADD/ADHD. I provide a welcoming, neutral space to help individuals and couples heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by listening to concerns and collaborating with clients to customize a treatment plan. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
