Hello, beautiful soul. I know the day-to-day may not be so great for you right now. Life has a way of showing up in a very real way at the most unexpected times, knocking the wind right out of us. In the ever-changing cycles and transitions of life, sometimes, we say goodbye to people we never thought we would, we separate from familiar places and things whether we’re ready or not, and we face the unknown with lingering uncertainty, not quite sure where to go, what to do, or to whom we can turn. Surviving comes at a cost to our overall health and wellness. I am so grateful you are here – and while it may be difficult for you to believe while you are questioning your self-worth: You are worthy, breathing and existing as you are. Progress is subjective.
