Hello!

I am a licensed therapist that has experience working with a variety of issues. I am Intensively trained in DBT and Brainspotting. I am experienced working with individuals with PTSD, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD, emotion dysregulation, and life stressors. My mission is to help those that are struggling reach their potential.

I currently work in a crisis center and provide therapy to clients part-time. Prior to my crisis experience, I worked fulltime in outpatient private practice for about 4+ years. I consider my therapy style to be empathetic and client-driven. I am here to listen, as well as provide skills to help you cope with life challenges.

While one of the advantages of using the Find A Therapist app is remaining anonymous, your safety is my priority and ethical duty. This platform does not provide therapists with client identifying information, such as last names, addresses, etc. I may require clients to provide me with this information if I deem necessary. In addition, I may ask my clients to complete a crisis safety plan (a list of coping skills, crisis resources, emergency contacts, etc. for use during crisis situations).
