I am licensed in New York with over 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & career difficulties. I also have specialties working with clients who have difficulty focusing due to executive functioning issues, as well life transition issues for young adults as well as older individuals ending their work careers.
