Hello, I am Rosemary and have over 20 years of experience in the helping profession and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Hampshire. I provide individual therapy aimed at healing emotional wounds, understanding oneself, and achieving one's potential. My experience has included working with teens through the lifespan with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, trauma and other challenging life transitions. I believe there is great value in creating a therapeutic environment that fosters support, safety, respect, and trust. I'm passionate about helping people grow, find fulfillment, and express their true selves. Using a strength-based, client centered model that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused techniques, humor and compassion I will strive to help you reduce stress and improve your quality of life.

I believe that everyone needs a little help sometimes; whether you have been through a major traumatic event, struggled with a personal issue most of your life, or would like to receive a little extra help coping with day to day stress. I believe everyone has the capability to make positive changes that will help enhance their quality of life. I believe in the greatness and the power of will and that every individual has the strength and the resilience within themselves to create their own path.
