My name is Dr. Rosemary Christoph and I have a LMFT license in Massachusetts with over 30 years of psychotherapy experience. I believe deeply that you have the answers to your own life issues within you; sometimes however we need support to hear those answers, follow the call, allow change, let healing in the door. Sometimes the world seems to throw difficulties at us one after another. losses, damage, trauma, pain. But life also seems to be a kind of school , the school of hard knocks. Then it is up to us to use these experiences, to find agency, to sculpt our lives. Our attitude is always a choice. Whatever happens, we need to learn from it! I have helped many clients deal with such issues as anger, stress, sadness, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, parenting issues. Talking things over can lead to new possibilities. I utilize dreamwork, physical exercise, creative writing, art, music, whatever works. It's a risk to seek out a more fulfilling life but it means that you have then taken the first steps towards real change. I am here to support you on your journey.
